These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Services offered by Freedom Coaching Services (“we,” “us,” “our”), including 1:1 coaching, group programs, digital courses/downloads, and subscriptions. By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase the Services.

2) Scope of Services

We provide coaching and educational Services. Specific deliverables, timelines, start/end dates, inclusions, and pricing are described on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or written agreement and are incorporated into these Terms.

3) Coaching Disclaimer (Not Professional Advice)

Coaching is educational and informational and is not a substitute for professional advice. We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. If you need professional support, consult a qualified licensed professional.

4) No Guarantees

We do not guarantee outcomes. Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.

5) Payments, Payment Plans, and Subscriptions (Stripe)

Processor: Payments are processed through Stripe.

Currency: Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payment plans: If you choose a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the schedule shown at checkout. You are responsible for completing all payments.

Subscriptions/auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout (e.g., monthly or annually) until canceled.

Cancellation timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date/time.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may restrict or suspend access until payment is successfully completed, and you remain responsible for any outstanding balance.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6) Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows (1:1)

Scheduling instructions are provided after purchase. Our 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy applies as described in the Refund Policy. Late arrivals do not extend session time unless we agree in writing.

7) Recordings (1:1 and Group Calls)

You acknowledge and agree that:

We record 1:1 calls and group calls (audio/video and related chat content).

Recordings may be used for program delivery (for example, replays for participants), internal quality assurance, training, and recordkeeping, consistent with our Privacy Policy and the specific offering description.

If a group call is recorded and you attend, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to be on camera, you may keep your camera off where the platform allows.

8) Refunds

Refunds and cancellation terms are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9) Intellectual Property; License

All materials we provide (including videos, worksheets, templates, course modules, written content, graphics, and recordings) are owned by Freedom Coaching Services or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share our materials

post course content/recordings in public or share login access

use our materials to create competing products or services

10) Confidentiality

We will use reasonable efforts to keep your coaching information confidential, subject to legal requirements and permitted disclosures (for example, complying with court orders).

Group programs/community: We cannot guarantee other participants will maintain confidentiality. You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose their information outside the program.

11) Community Standards (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes access to a community, you agree not to harass, threaten, defame, discriminate, post illegal/infringing content, spam, or solicit members without permission. We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

12) Termination and Access Restrictions

We may suspend or terminate access to Services and materials if you:

violate these Terms or community standards

misuse or share our intellectual property

engage in abusive/disruptive behavior

fail to pay amounts due

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Coaching Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Coaching Services from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Services, or violation of law or third-party rights.

16) Disputes; Governing Law; Venue (Utah)

Informal resolution first: Contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve disputes informally before filing a claim.

Governing law: Utah law governs these Terms (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).

Venue: You agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
